This training of trainers prepares participants to guide educators through instructional practices that support the teaching of reading to secondary students. The training delves into how to teach reading across instructional tiers, emphasizing how instruction can be intensified.

Who is the TOT intended for? 

This training of trainers is designed for ESC staff and district/campus administrators and staff responsible for training and implementing MTSS.

Prerequisites

In order to register for this training of trainers, participants must already hold a TIER certificate. Designated ESC staff members without a TIER certificate must complete the following Canvas courses on TEA Learn as a prerequisite:
