Interconnected Systems Framework: Getting Started at the School Level

This pathway, the third in the three-part series, explores how to implement ISF at the school level. Ideally, participants will have participated in at least one of the two other pathways in the series. Implementation of ISF at the school level is more successful when a district/community leadership team has been established and school-level implementation is guided by and aligned with this team’s expectations.
